Your adventure continues as you explore Baharya Oasis, the Black Desert, and the breathtaking White Desert, all while enjoying authentic Bedouin culture through delicious meals and traditional music.
The final days in Cairo allow for leisure or optional excursions to explore more of the city’s rich history and culture. From the grandeur of the Citadel of Mohamed Ali to a serene felucca sail on the Nile River, this safari program offers a perfect blend of adventure, history, and relaxation, making it an unforgettable experience in the heart of Egypt.
Arrive at Cairo International Airport, where you will be met and assisted through customs and airport formalities. After your transfer to the hotel, enjoy a restful overnight stay.
After breakfast, embark on a full-day tour of Cairo. Visit the iconic Great Pyramids of Giza and the mighty Sphinx. In the afternoon, explore the world-famous Egyptian Museum, where you will admire the splendid collection of Tutankhamun alongside many other fascinating artifacts. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Enjoy breakfast before driving in a 4x4 towards the west to the Fayoum Depression. Head north along the lake to visit the ancient Temple of Kasr El Saga, which dates back to the Old Kingdom, and the ruins of the old city of Dimeh. After lunch, continue to the Valley of Whales, where you will discover an open-air museum featuring marine animal fossils. End the day with a BBQ dinner and an overnight stay in tents under the stars.
After breakfast, drive approximately 180 KM to Baharya Oasis. Upon arrival, transfer to Beir El Ghaba Camp for lunch. Later, drive to the Black Mountain (also known as the English Mountain) to enjoy a breathtaking sunset and panoramic views of Baharya. A refreshing Bedouin tea will be served after descending the mountain. Dinner and overnight in African-style bungalows.
After breakfast, take a leisurely walk through the calcareous rock formations and the theater area, rich in marine fossils and crystals. Meet your 4x4 Land Cruiser for the journey back to Cairo via Baharya, where you will spend the night.

Enjoy a free day at leisure or opt for an optional tour to the Citadel of Mohamed Ali, the Alabaster Mosque, and Old Cairo. In the evening, sail the Nile on a traditional Egyptian felucca at 7:00 PM, followed by a typical Egyptian dinner featuring shish kebab in Old Cairo.
After breakfast, transfer to Cairo International Airport at the scheduled time to board your onward flight. End of services.
