Day 01: Cairo

Arrival to Cairo international airport. Meet and assist through customs and airport formalities. Transfer to the hotel and overnight.

Day 02: Cairo

After breakfast, visit the Great Three Pyramids of Giza and their mighty guardian the Sphinx. Over night at the hotel.

Day 03: Cairo/Aswan

Breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the airport to fly to Aswan. Arrival Aswan, transfer to the Nile Cruise. Lunch and we start our touring in Aswan sailing around the elephantine island on a felluca, the traditional Egyptian sailing boat. Continue sailing around Kitchener Island and a panoramic view of the Aga Khan Mausoleum. Return to your Nile cruise for dinner and overnight in Aswan.

Day 04: Aswan/Kom Ombo/Edfu

After breakfast, take a tour of Aswan High Dam, Egypt`s contemporary example of building on a monumental scale. Proceed to the granite quarries, the quarries still hold the Unfinished Obelisque the world largest piece of stone ever handled, it would have weight over 1.100 tons. Continue with a short motor boat ride to the Temple of Philae on the island of Agilka, dedicated to Isis a sister/wife of Osiris. Return to your cruise vessel and sail to Kom Ombo, visit the Temple of sobek, the crocodile-headed god of fertility and creation. Return to your cruise and sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board the cruise.

Day 05: Edfu/Luxor

After breakfast on board, set out by horse-drawn carriage to visit the Temple of Horus, the most perfectly preserved of all the Nile temples. Sailing to Esna, then cross the lock and continue sail to Luxor. Dinner and overnight.

Day 06: Luxor

After breakfast on board, cross to the West Bank of the Nile and visit the valley of the Kings, a vast city of the dead where the magnificent tombs of 62 pharaohs have been discovered. Deeply carved into the desert rock, richly decorated and filled with treasures for the afterlife of the pharaohs. Next, visit the Funeral Temple of Queen Hatchesput.The only female pharaoh. On the way back to your Nile cruise vessel, stop at the famous Colossi of Memnon, 66 feet, 1 thousand ton statues of Amenhoteb III. Lunch, dinner and overnight on board.

Day o7: Luxor/Sharm

After breakfast disembark from the ship. Visit Karnak temple, called by some as temple of Temples. It is the largest place of worship ever built, covering an area larger than the whole of Notre Dame Cathedral. Proceed to the graceful Temple of Luxor built by Amenhotep III and Ramses II for ritual festivals and dedicated to the god Amun.Then, you will be transferred to Luxor airport for your flight to Sharm El Sheikh. Arrival to Sharm and transfer to your hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Day 08: Sharm

Free day to enjoy this fabulous resort by the Red Sea.

Day 09: Sharm/St. Catherine

Free morning, you will be picked up from the hotel in the early morning to drive across the Sinai to St. Catherine. Arrive to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 10:St. Catherine/Cairo

Wake up at 3:30 AM, for an early morning (at dawn) climb up the Mountain of Moses to enjoy the sunrise. It was on this mountain that Moses received the Ten Commandments. It lies south of St.Catherine`s Monastery and rises to a height of 7,497 feet. Once on top, you will witness the most beautiful and spectacular sunrise you have ever seen. Descend and have breakfast at the hotel. Visit the Monastery of St.Catherine, which sites at an altitude of 5.150 feet on the reputed site of the ~Burining Bush ~.Commissioned by Emperor Justinian, the monastery was built in the 5th century and is named for St. Catherine, an Alexandrian martyr who died in 307.Drive back to Cairo. Overnight hotel

Day 11: Cairo

Free at leisure

Day 12:

Breakfast and you will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight.
